Tropical Smoothie Bowl with Goji and Macadamia Nuts

Praying for a little more stability soon. Send me your good thoughts. Lucky for me, there’s always smoothie bowls, and chocolate… and air conditioning. So, I can slap together something healthy and take a minute to slow way down from, well, everything. There’s seriously nothing better than self-care and I know that now more than ever, covered in tree sap eating a smoothie bowl, and a shower with some exfoliating scrub sounds like a little tiny paradise. Luckily this smoothie bowl is quick, healthy, hydrating, and easy to put together, with tropical elements like macadamia, banana, and mango. Plus, the chewy, antioxidant power of goji berries—you’ll be happy you made it. I am. Plus the chocolate sauce takes 2 seconds (maybe 10) in the microwave.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Tropical Smoothie Bowl with Goji and Macadamia Nuts

Serves 1


  • Blend banana, mango, and coconut milk in a high powered blender or food processor.

  • Top with goji berries, and macadamia nuts.

  • Melt 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips in the microwave, approximately 10-15 seconds, and add in room temperature coconut oil. Stir until melted.

  • Drizzle chocolate mix over smoothie bowl with a metal spoon.
